We went to look at it and and it was just what we were looking for. We ended up finalizing the entire deal that night (including a very good trade-in offer. We researched 5 Subaru Dealers on line and Tindol's price was the lowest of all five dealerships in this area. A good price On a Subaru Forester for example, from my research will be 6.24% off MSRP. Tindol beat that Price. Best of all there was none of this, "well let me talk to the sales Manager" to see what he is willing to do. Chris gave us the price, "in writing"; the lowest price the first time. That is how simple it was for us. So what is the difference? Why, out of all these dealers is this one different? Well, Chris Townsend, who has been with Tindol Subaru for 6 yrs, almost from the beginning, is the difference. It always comes down to "people" in the end. Do yourself one huge favor and go see or call Chris Townsend at Tindol Subaru. He spent more than 2 hours on Saturday with my wife and daughter reviewing every feature of the vehicle. I just purchased my second Subaru through them (special order 2015 Outback limited with eyesight, the first was a Tindol Subaru was absolutely great! I just purchased my second Subaru through them (special order 2015 Outback limited with eyesight, the first was a 2014 Outback Limited that I had a great experience in purchasing as well). Chris Townsend was my salesperson on the 2015 and did the finance work on my 2014. He was above par no questions asked. He made the process as easy as it could be. He contacted me on a regular basis with updates regarding my special order and really made himself available for any questions or concerns that I had (and there were more than a few seeing this was a sight unseen new model year with major changes purchase). Not only did a feel like I had a great sales person but also a friend who cared about what I was purchasing. The big thing was what Tindol Subaru did for me as a customer. I had someone hit me in my 2014 Outback limited and totaled the car. The team at Tindol (everyone from Subaru Sales and Management to the body shop) bent over backwards to help me get through a very hard time and get my new car ordered and received, The Tindol body shop did all the insurance work based around my totaled vehicle and I had a great experience with them and would recommend them as well. I just can't say what a great experience I have had with Tindol Subaru. If I have my way I will be directing my wife to Chris to get a new CrossTrek when it comes her time for a new vehicle! I would (and have on many occasions now) recommend Tindol Subaru for a new Subaru purchase! More
