I have an Infiniti Q60S and have used Tim Dahle Service for my last 4 vehicles but today I went in for a routine oil change and I have never been treated better. David was my service rep and he went out of for my last 4 vehicles but today I went in for a routine oil change and I have never been treated better. I had a headlight that needed replaced under warranty. I had dropped my car off the night before and was told it would be ready the next day. I never received any messages about the status of the car, so I had dropped my car off the night before and was told it would be ready the next day. I never received any messages about the status of the car, so I called around 1pm and was told it would be worked on as soon as they got a repair order number but it would be done. About 3 hours later I called and was informed they didn’t even look at it because they forgot to check the night drop box, and it was too late. This is all well and good but I live 200 miles away, and now I was going to have to make yet another trip down to have the car fixed. Nothing to compensate me for my time, and extra expense. I was told the service manager was going to call me personally and my phone still hasn’t rung. More
Tim Dahle Infiniti is a great dealership and has always taken care of us over the past 25+ years. John Kalikakis and Garrett Bess were great to work with. The service department has been great anytime we have had to have a car serviced. Jane Clark helped quickly resolve a recall issue and kept us informed of the repair process throughout. Juan in Finance was very helpful and explained all forms and answered all questions we had. Great company! 5 Stars! More
I recently had my Q50 serviced and received excellent customer service from Andy and the entire Service Department there. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days, and a loaner was immediately pr customer service from Andy and the entire Service Department there. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days, and a loaner was immediately provided. Andy called or texted daily about the progress, so I was always well informed on the status of the work being done. It could not have been more painless. Kudos to Andy and the Service Dept. More
Online scheduling was easy. Had to wait 8 minutes before someone approached me to ask what I needed. Service was performed as needed and on time. However, my car does not automatically reset the tire pressure sensors, so needs to be done manually. Despite my asking if this had been done, and assured that it had been done, it was not. I had to return to the dealership and have them do the job. More
