I think our service advisor Lauren is great!!! She helped us and got the job done. She seems to be great at her job I will ask for her everytime. Dealership was clean and nice.
I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata 3 days ago. There was no check engine light, test drove it and it seemed to drive well. I was assured that cars there go through a 150 point inspection and that they're well checked. Well, fast forward to today, 100 miles later, I was driving it on the highway and the check engine light started blinking and it started stalling and lost its speed, it wouldn't drive past 35miles an hour, I was in the middle lane and had to pull over to the side of the highway. I turned it off and back on and the car engine shook and it continued to not be able to accelerate past first/second gear. I called the dealership after I was to pull off the highway and I was told to come in and they'd make it right. I went in, received an apology for the bad experience then I was offered to trade it in for 2000$!! I had just bought it for 4700$ on the 10th. It is the 13th today. It was a shock to hear to say the least. They know that I went in for a cash purchase and that's all I could afford and now I was being totally screwed that I'm in a bad position. After going through it with the salesman, requesting to speak with the manager at least 5 times, the manager approved it as a trade in for around 800-900$ less my out the door price. Basically the taxes and dealer fees I paid. I still feel ripped off. The salesman says they don't inspect certain cars and that it was like buying from an auction. Had I known that in the beginning i would've taken it to my trusted mechanic where he could've checked it. That was the worst purchase experience I ever had. They made sure to take advantage of a bad situation and try to get me to finance for another car when they knew from the beginning I'm a cash buyer. The salesman made sure to let me know that is a business after all, which I understand, but that's not how business is done. I am very frustrated and now I'm at a loss.
Poor customer service - If I could give them 0 stars and write a review, I would! I called on a Sat to let the service department know my car was being towed in and the windows were all down if they could store it indoors. I spoke to two individuals in the service department and both assured me it would be. It was not! As my vehicle was delivered 5 minutes prior to close I knew it wouldn't be looked at until Monday. Monday came and I waited to hear from the service department about a plan. By noon I hadn't heard from them, so I called and spoke with Kiara, who is the biggest liar in the department and the most unprofessional as well. I first lie she told me is that she would call me by end of day to let me know if it had been looked at or not. Never heard from her. waited until noon on Tuesday, still nothing! I called in and she let me know that no one had looked at it yet, and they would not have a chance to look at it until Wednesday... 4 days after it has been dropped off, not sitting a secure place with the windows down and unable to start. Finally Wednesday they call me after noon and let me know it was a dead battery and 2 blown fuses that they will wash the car and have it ready on Thursday. I receive the bill and it is for 2 hours of labor to change 2 fuses! $500!! Then they text me to tell me inventory was incorrect and it will be ready Wednesday at 2:30. I schedule pickup for 5 pm. When I arrive they are not ready for me, I find they charged me for 3 fuses, and they didn't wash the car. Not only that, the fuse box was still open and the cover late left on the floor. The car had not been inside and was filled with dust and dirt from the windy 5 days it sat open! Worst communication ever! worst experience Avoid Tim Dahle Infiniti at all cost! We need a better dealership for Infiniti in Utah.
The service department at Tim Dahle is reason enough to drive an Infinity! Always prompt service, the price they quote is the price you’ll pay. You’ll pick up your car washed & ready to go! I’ll drive Infinity’s forever!
The service was straight forward, prompt and done well. My expectations were exceeded. Jake the service manager knows what he is doing.
Extraordinary customer service and convenience. Lauren was excellent and I will certainly return to this dealer for any needed service.
