The finance manager was able to find a bank to loan him the money. The financing rate was higher than expected, but he took the loan anyway to build his credit. All-in-all, a great experience. I cannot begin to explain how terrible my experience with Tim Dahle Infiniti was, and in particular, their Service team. I took my car in to get the Idle Air Volume learning (throttle learning) done. I tol Tim Dahle Infiniti was, and in particular, their Service team. I took my car in to get the Idle Air Volume learning (throttle learning) done. I told them this from the beginning, and explained why it needed to be done. I was told by Ben Rosenlof, the assistant service manager that they would do a diagnostic ($120), and that should cover the cost of the reprogramming. Long story short, Ben called me and told me they would have to do a full ECU reset, instead of the throttle learning. This means, telling their scanner tool to issue a full reset to the ECU, rather than a partial. Does this take any more effort on their part? Absolutely not. Does this take more time? Maybe a few minutes more for the ECU to reset fully, not any more time for the technician. Does this cost more? Apparently it does! I would love to know why and how they come up with costs for things like a full ECU reset, versus a partial (throttle learning) reset. I asked to see a pricing sheet, and of course they couldn't provide one. I asked why it cost more for a full reset, and Ben stated "that's what the technician wanted to charge". Now let's talk about how much time it took to complete the process. Ben called me at 12:54pm to inform me they were going to do a full reset of the ECU, at 1:16pm I received a call stating it was complete. So less than 30 minutes to complete the procedure, great. According to the bill I received, their labor costs are $110 an hour. How could they justify charging me more than the $120 diagnostic fee (that was supposed to include the reprogram)? They justified the cost by saying labor for the reset was 1.5 hours. I don't have a problem with paying for 1.5 hours of labor, if it actually had taken 1.5 hours to complete. Not to mention the fact that it was supposed to be included in the diag fee. When I was simply looking for answers regarding how they can justify charging me extra for the full ECU reset, Ben became belligerent and very confrontational. I asked to speak with the Service manager, and he said "he just walked outside, what do you want me to do about that?". Chaz Benson, the Service Manager called me about 3 hours later to "discuss" the situation, soon after he became very defensive and confrontational as well. So, cost of services aside (though I don't feel they were very honest with how I was charged), I will never return to Tim Dahle Infiniti again because of the way I was treated by their Service team. They were unapologetic and couldn't care less about me as their customer. I hope this prevents someone else from having the same headaches I had with Tim Dahle Infiniti. Beware! More
My overall experience in dealing with this Tim Dahle dealership was fantastic! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from out of state, so I had many questions before I decided to travel there to actually se dealership was fantastic! From their picking me up at the airport to sending me home with my new vehicle, every employee was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The vehicle was in perfect shape upon my arrival and any additional questions were answered. The little extras they included during my time their was appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive vehicle purchase experience. UPDATE 29July - Outstanding follow-up customer service and information. More

I LOVE Tim Dahle Infiniti. Over the past several years, I have purchased FOUR new cars from Tim Dahle. Three of them were from Hyrum K. I have always been impressed with everyone's professionalism and outstanding customer service. They are very accommodating and eager to please. Everyone at Tim Dahle is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They know all of the ins/outs of each vehicle, and know how to work all of the features. It’s important not just to "tell" me what my car can do, but to "show" me. They know their stuff. I really appreciate that they have people come back for a follow up, to show them even more of the cars capabilities so customers can get the most out of their new purchase. They always go above and beyond when it comes to the hand-off of the keys as well. Every time I leave with a new car, I know that I made a good decision buying not only an Infiniti, but from Tim Dahle and Hyrum. I appreciate all of their follow up... both during the buying process, as well as after. It took me a bit to figure out which car I was going to purchase. They let me take a car for the day, and found one that fit my needs/wants. They were committed to finding one that worked for me, without the high-pressure sales approach. I would highly recommend both Tim Dahle and Hyrum K to anyone looking for a new car. I absolutely LOVE Infiniti’s and plan on purchasing more in the future. Words can not explain my experience with Hyrum at TIm Dahle Infiniti. I am so pleased with my new FX35 and could not be happier. Hyrum was such a great help and still is. He crunched some numbers for us, and found a couple of scenarios that would not only put us in an ownership postition, but also lower our monthly payment- even with negative equity from the lease. He had us drive a couple different cars, explained the features of them extensively, and left the options open to us. He even took us next door to Tim Dahle Nissan to look at cars. He was great to get along with, funny, professional, and he treated us great. He worked hard to get us what we needed, even though he didn't have to. he could have told me "too bad, you have to carry out the remainder of your lease" but he didn't. Instead, he went above and beyond for us. We were more than impressed. When it came time to fill out the paperwork, etc., Gary Watkins stepped in. We had a long wait while we figured out credit stuff, etc. He was more than nice, offerring us drinks or snacks while we waited. he even came in to talk to us for a while, while the finance manager worked up some more numbers. Gary was very personable, professional, and likeable. I really felt like we were being taken care of. When it came time to sign papers, Angela took over. She was great! Very to the point, personable, professional and also, likeable. She was incredibly efficient at her job, while still making sure we knew all the fine print. She got us out of there in record time. Not to mention, she gave me flowers! My overall experience with Tim Dahle Infiniti has been nothing but outstanding each time I have been there. (3 now) I always feel like I am a priority, like no one is trying to sell me something I don't need or want. They always go out of their way to find the best possible solution for my situation, and I never feel pressured or badgered. I think if more car dealerships were run this way, then they would be so much more successful. I truly cannot say enough about how well I like coming here to do business, and I plan on continuing to buy from them in the future. More
