The dealership was very helpful with my transmission issue. We were having trouble while on the road and called the dealership. Once we arrived, they were extremely helpful in diagnosing and verifying that the replacement of the transmission was under warranty and took care of all of the repairs. Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. The absolute least professional business I've ever dealt with. The salesman Kayne Griffin acted like he didn't even want to sell the car. My loan is way higher than I expected. The interest is higher than I was told, and I specifically asked to be called if my rate would be higher. I received no paper work, because I was told that they were checking with someone else for financing. I've now called 7 different times trying to talk to somebody and no one will call me back. The salesman stopped emailing me after I tried getting any help about my bad experience. I've called and tried talking to several different people and not one has called me back. Absolute joke. More

Always acomodating very quick turnaround clean facility good snacks. Entrance to service is a bit awkward at an angle and blocks that driveway when waiting outside. All good nice people. good snacks. I bought a car a few months ago, and after driving it for a while found it underpowered. After looking several cars at Tim Dahle Infinity I started negotiations on this car. The final deal they offered required another $8000 over what they offered me for the one I wanted. I went home and thought about it then looked up the value for my car and the one I wanted and the value was nearly identical. And, again, they wanted an additional $8000 to make the deal for the one I wanted which has the same value. I didn’t get a good deal with the first car and they offered even worse on this one. According to them it’s only business... Don’t go here! More
