My problems started because they sold me a trade-in vehicle that they did not have the title for (the person who traded it in did not even have the title). They did not tell me this when that sold me the car. It has been 90 days since I purchased the vehicle, and they still do not have the title for the car they have sold me. I am not sure how this happens, but it seems very sloppy for a "luxury" car dealership. This especially bugs me because they have a paperwork fee of $298. I feel like this amount of money should ensure they do the paperwork in a timely manner. This has been my main issue, three months have gone by, and I still don't have a title or plates. Another thing I learned from this car purchase is to take the car to get a prepurchase inspection to a trusted place (I like Slaugh's car care). I was foolish enough not to because the salesperson, Kayne Griffin, assured me they do not "sell bad cars, they a luxury car dealership." The salespeople here sell high-value cars and are skilled salespeople. My AC compressor leaked all the refrigerant in the system within a few days of driving it off the lot. There was a significant leak in the compressor, and the cost to repair the AC is $1073. It seems clear to me that they charged the AC system before the test drive, so the AC would work for a bit during the test drive and cover up the problem. I got the car inspected, and other issues they did not mention were: leaking head gasket, bad rear strut, and leaking clutch hydraulic line (this one is dangerous). Lastly, don't bother waiting around for them to "detail" your car. They did a laughable job. I regrettably forgot to take a picture before I cleaned it, but there was a lot of grime everywhere. After two and a half long months! I FINALLY get my car back from the shop. For what I thought I was taking in to get a new pair of tires, my steering wheel locked. I towed it back, the “mechanic” said it’ back from the shop. For what I thought I was taking in to get a new pair of tires, my steering wheel locked. I towed it back, the “mechanic” said it’s because I needed to buy the other two tires because the thread was tricking the censor *buys another pair*. Drive off, locks again... tow it back... “mechanic” says I need another battery because it’s messing with the censor *Orders battery*. Told car was ready to pick and on my way they say Nevermind! It’s still not working! Two weeks go buy and still can’t figure it out! They fly in Infinit mechanics. They figure it out and it’s a censor which my steering. They have no idea when the part comes in because of back order! 2 months go buy and it’s finally ready. I am so xxxx pissed. I am not going to pay for that battery if they try and charge me for it. So a pair of tires turned into a nightmare and they still charged me for the battery. I highly suggest going somewhere else More

Mike IN the service advisor was excellent. Explained my service request both before & after it was completed. Very thorough & professional. Easy to schedule a service appt. Zero Attention Wow, this dealership must do so much business they don't have the want or need give their attention to remote buyers. We were in the middle of closing a deal when we were told by the finance department we would get a call the following day. That never happened (now 3 days later), so we started calling and leaving messages, not only for our finance contact, but the salesman we were dealing with as well. SIX phone messages including one to the general manager, and not a single return call. There is the possibility the gal who answered the phone sounded like we interrupted her afternoon naps and simply didn't deliver our messages. She never offered to take a message or suggest us calling back, we had to essentially ask her to do her job. Her duty, so it seems, lies in stating "they're busy." Truly a disappointing experience! And no, we didn't get the car we wanted to buy. More
