I went into Tim Dahle Infiniti READ****************************** First, let me say I am not one to write a bad review unless it is truly warranted. I went into Tim Dahle Infiniti in Murray with the hopes of buying a 2018 AWD Q50. The gentleman who helped me James Nell was incredible! He was honest, helpful, and very kind. Had it been for James, and he alone, I would've paid the price marketed online. This was not the case however. Introduce Justin, the worst "manager," I have encountered in my short 40 years. First, he started by telling me they was loosing money on the vehicle (as if he was doing me a favor by offering it for sale.) Next, he informed me that they had the best prices throughout the country (not true.) He said "he" could make more money selling it at the auction (well why aren't you doing that, it is a business right.) Then he said I had to use financing through Infinti (too price gouge me for money) which was an abhorrent 2.7+%. Funny how earlier, I was told by Tommy (another manager who was very kind and respectful) they would match any financial institution interest rates I qualified for. This was a lie according to Justin. Utah First Credit Union currently has 1.49%, which he stated, they would not match, as they wouldn't get their kickback. Finally, I informed him the same vehicle, with the same specs, color, and packages was available at Velocity Auto sales for 1,916$ less. Mind you it had 1,112 more miles. Justin was aghast in dismay and left speechless. He didn't know how to respond as it contradicted his "best price in the nation" (Lie.) Justin was rude, arrogant, smug, condescending, disrespectful, and a downright a--hole. I have never seen someone in leadership less deserving. This xxxxxxx truly personifies the negative connotation associated with used car salesmen magnified to the hundredth degree. Fortunately, I will now buy this same vehicle from Velocity Auto Sales for less money. Ironic how Utah's largest Infiniti dealership is in the hole, for a vehicle they own, that another smaller dealership can sell for almost 2K less. More

Best services from beginning to end!! The service advisor listened and understood the problem and took the car in for service pretty quickly. Meanwhile, he showed me the waiting lounge accommodated with wate listened and understood the problem and took the car in for service pretty quickly.
