One star review if I can give them. As of December 2024. They appear to be on their way out of business. Went to get an oil change on my 2004 G35. 79.95 was the advertised special on their website - is what I agreed to. Check-in attendant nodded head vigorously. When finished... he indicated the charge was going to be $150. Almost double. Name of the game is to gouge for as much money as possible. Don't buy a car or service your car at Tim Dahle stealerships unless it's under warranty. Caveat Emptor. At your own risk. When I indicated the price we agreed on.. he said it was his first day. Liar liar... More
Very very very unsatisfied with coming here. I wish I would have never bought a car from them and never will ever again. I have been lied to, treated poorly, and they are trying to charge me for I wish I would have never bought a car from them and never will ever again. I have been lied to, treated poorly, and they are trying to charge me for something they broke. I bought a car from them and they had to fill the brake fluid. When doing that they broke my tire sensors (which they are trying to use my warranty to pay for it to get fixed). I have gone in 3 times for them to not fix it and just do a factory reset. Then 3 days after getting the car it tells me it needs coolant. Then 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on as anyone would be i am frustrated at this point. I explain my frustration and I get attitude back and treated like I’m a dumb girl because I’m upset I’m dealing with this after two weeks of owning the car. When they check my car it says a bunch of things need to be fixed. I was supposed get a call to get the stuff ordered and situated and I don’t hear from them. So I went in and talked to the manager and explained my frustration and he acted liked he cared but it was an act. I was told I would get called the next day to get things situated and that he would handle things and I still haven’t heard back from them. At this point I don’t know what to do and I’m very frustrated now. 20/10 don’t recommend coming here this is not okay to treat your customers like this and sell them unreliable cars. I should not be having the issues I have after owning this car for such a short amount of time and no one ever gets back to me to get it situated. I shouldn’t have to come into the office for them to talk to me about all of this. More
BUYER BEWARE! !! This has been the worst experience for us ever. My son looked online and found a car he was interested in so we went to Tim Dahle Infinity to test !! This has been the worst experience for us ever. My son looked online and found a car he was interested in so we went to Tim Dahle Infinity to test drive it. When we got in the first car to test drive the check engine light was on but we still test drove it. When we got back to the dealership our salesman KJ came out and said we are not gonna sell this car we're going to just auction it off as it has too many problems. I looked online the next day to see if they took it off and out of inventory and they did. I looked again a day later and it was back in inventory online. My son ended up liking the 3rd car we test drove so decided to go with it. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting to speak to their finance guy Juan it was now after 9:00pm he said since it was late and my son worked that night that he could send paperwork via e-sign the next day, so we left. While driving home from the dealership in the car he just purchased the check engine light came on so my son called the next day to tell them and they said bring it in for a diagnostic. While he was there he signed the paperwork with Juan in finance. Juan then tells him they have a new policy and would need a down payment of $500 dollars that day. My son explained that he didn't get paid until October 7th and couldn't do anything until then. Juan and the salesman that sold us the car hounded and hounded my son and then told him to go to his bank and get a blank check and write it out for the 8th and they would NOT cash it until the 8th. He checked his bank account the morning of the 3rd of October and they cashed the check which caused an overdraft and fees. Meanwhile the car has been in again for the check engine light being on a second time. We took it in and it was supposedly fixed and the check engine light was off. Picked it up had the car for 2 days and the check engine light was back on so my son calls again they say bring it in. So he takes it in. I went in to talk to the manager Lukas Coomer about all the car repairs and why they cashed the check early he said accounting cashed it and to ask our bank to refund the overdraft fees. He then told us the car needed a catalytic converter so they would fix it. So now they have had the car for about 2 weeks they said they had to send it to a different shop to get fixed. They called and said we could pick it up when we asked for receipts to keep for our record the mechanic could not produce one so who knows if they ever even fixed the catalytic converter. We pick the car up and had it for 2-3 days and for the 4th time the check engine light was on again so again we take it in and the mechanic called a day later saying the glow plug needed to be replaced and the cost would be around $800 dollars. Mind you we have had the car a total of 7 out of 30 days by now. So I speak with Lukas and he tells me he checked the warranty (that cost us $3,300) and that the part was not covered and they would not be fixing it for us. I explained we had only had the car a total of 7 days and the check engine light came on the night he got the car I feel like they should cover the price and he told me that we bought a used car and to pretty much deal with it. So here we are now with a car that we have owned for a month and can't drive because the check engine light is still on and still needing repairs. They are very unprofessional and obviously do not care about customers. I thought going to a reputable dealership would be better than a smaller dealer but am now regretting my decision. Stay far away from this place. More
We purchased a used car at this dealership and it was a very good experience. There was a small issue that required service and that was a good experience as well. I am not sure if the item was part of t very good experience. There was a small issue that required service and that was a good experience as well. Avoid this dealership if you value your sanity, time, and money. Quality of service and urgency to get your car back to you in a timely manner is absent. John Rasmussen the service manager is a straight up x money. Quality of service and urgency to get your car back to you in a timely manner is absent. John Rasmussen the service manager is a straight up xxxxxxx who dos’nt listen to what you’re saying and is super ignorant. They don’t care about you or your vehicle here even if you bought it from them. The “forever warranty” is useless cause they don’t have the know how on how to fix anything. I’ve taken my car to a second party and they instantly found it was throwing engine and transmission error codes. Kinda feel that’s the first thing you should be checking when a repeat customer keeps coming back complaining about the same issue. Save yourself from all of this and avoid this place by all cost. Infiniti will be out of business in 10-15 years the way they are going. More
The staff seems unorganized and incompetent I had an appointment with John who was not there when I arrived. I am still waiting on final paper work days later. My first review was removed which is uncalled for! I am still dealing with the awful experience these people have put me through!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM TIM DAHLE!! PLEASE READ THIS SO THA I am still dealing with the awful experience these people have put me through!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM TIM DAHLE!! PLEASE READ THIS SO THAT YOU DO NOT FALL VICTIM OF DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP PRACTICES!!! Not only has this been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car, and now it has it has been turned into an ongoing nightmare. I started at their Used Car Center and ended up buying the car at Tim Dahle Infiniti, which should have been a red flag that they were selling me a crappy trade-in. I will start by cautioning anyone purchasing a vehicle from these thieves to ask for the sales documents to be printed because they will sneak in things you did not agree to in the USB drive and claim you viewed it by adding your electronic signature to it! I was sold a car that broke down 2 hours after I purchased it and was never made aware that it was under an open recall for engine failure, the document stating this was snuck in with the sales documents. I also discovered fees and charges I did not agree to purchase. The fees show as follows: Theft Protection $299.00, Accessories/Option WFM $179.00. That is $478 in fees that I should not have been charged!! The purchase of this vehicle occurred on July 15th, 2023, and I am still without a car and no answers from Tim Dahle. The salesman Lukas Coomer lied and used what I should have recognized as tacky salesman tactics, but unfortunately, I did not. I thought I was dealing with an honest dealership and fell victim to a scam. The car he claimed was so reliable that he would “sell it to his grandma,” broke down just 2 hours after I purchased it. It has been at the Hyundai dealership next door since August, 2023, waiting on an approval from Tim Dahle to replace the engine that was denied under what I was told was a warranty and then a recall, and finally a goodwill cla. The sales floor manager Erik Tovar, who promised to “make it right,” suggested I go to Hyundai and demand they repair a vehicle that Tim Dahle knew had engine issues. I asked for my money back the day I returned the vehicle and regret ever agreeing to them supposedly getting the car repaired. I was excited that I had finally saved enough money to purchase a vehicle out right and these people, stole the 8K I worked hard to save and took advantage of a single mother and her 16 year old daughter. I hope this review spares anyone from experiencing what I have at Tim Dahle. Update: After paying an attorney to contact Richard H. Madsen II, who apparently is their attorney to try and work out a deal I was accused of refusing to not compromise because I wanted all of not close to all the money I paid for a car I never had in the first place. Their compromise was to keep the car given me $5K and force me into financing a car with less than 65,000 miles that would qualify for their forever warranty! Interesting how a compromise on an $8,300 cash sale turned into them benefiting even more and forcing me into a loan. Their allegations start with a lie, and I'll attach proof. I purchased the car on a Saturday and returned it on the following Monday, and that's when Erick texted that he took the car in to Hyundai. Perhaps their attorney needs to get his dates straight and suggest they have a 24 hour number to return crap cars on Sundays! WHEN THINGS GO WRONG, BECAUSE THEY WILL! THIS DEALERSHIP WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU, AND THEY WILL SCREW YOU!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR REPUTATION. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY! More
