Our ‘22 F150 4x4 Lariat is outfitted exactly as we wanted. The sales team was great and we are so pleased to have this vehicle. We got a great trade in price on our 2018 and the cost of the newer truck was very fair. Great experience. More
The easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had and there have been a lot over the years. My experience buying my vehicle started off well—the process was quick, and everyone was friendly. I worked with Hailey, who was really sweet. But after the purchase, things took a frustrating turn. I was promised a second key that would be mailed to me in a few days, but it’s now been months, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out repeatedly to both Hailey, the sales associate, and John, the sales manager, and even gave John additional time after he assured me he’d call back in a week. Unfortunately, he never did. I’ve been patient and made every effort to resolve this, but I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-through. I am still waiting for my second key. Sadly, I can’t recommend this dealership after this experience. More
