Horribly rude and condescending sales person I had no experience with this dealer prior to walking in the door. I had a friend with me who has a good deal of experience with used and new car buyi I had no experience with this dealer prior to walking in the door. I had a friend with me who has a good deal of experience with used and new car buying. I was highly interested in the dark blue 2016 kia soul! they had on the lot. Our sales man was aggressive and kept referring to the soul as mine. I know many people might not pick up on or be bothered that but I did because I'm the type of person that gets very annoyed by that kind of thing. I could deal with that because I realized that was just his style. So we went inside to talk numbers. While I was filling out some information my friend attempted to open negotiations on the price after the the salesman said it was possible. (What he didn't know was that we had been looking at other cars and his was on the high end). He actually laughed at my friend and than, had the gall to tell his unfortunate manager on duty that I wasn't ready to buy so obviously the manager didn't return a counter offer. He told us that's what he told the manager! My friend and I went down the street and by 8pm that day(labor day 2018) I had a new car in my garage.(I adored the soul and it would have been an extremely strong contender if its sales person wasn't horrible) What's more he didn't just lose my sale he also lost my friend's as well since she and her husband are looking at Nissan leafs. They'll take their business elsewhere and I have no intention of ever going to this dealer again. I will say I don't hold the manager at any fault based on what that salesman told him/her. I also think that we may have just gotten a nasty sales person, because I overheard a few other conversations in passing and none of those sales people were speaking or acting to their potential customers like mine was. More

Great decision I went in to buy a car at 9am, I left about 11am with my newly purchased Sentra. Most of my time was the test drive.
