Recall and Service Experience I had a great experience at the dealership. I was immediately checked in upon arrival and shortly thereafter, the recall repair work began. My vehicle also jerked when being driven from a stop position. It was troubling. The problem was professionally resolved after I established a repair ticket. My vehicle drives well now; besides, the dealership did a thorough inspection at no cost and gave me the problem list to resolve. I am grateful for the professionalism. More
