Tge 4 corners of a contract I should have known not to trust the words of a acr salesman. I was looking for a new car they had a 2012 Mazda 3 that was a leased car with 25000 mi I should have known not to trust the words of a acr salesman. The car that was leased by a woman who would wear rings so small scratches on the handle and a deep scratch in the back. I was promised that the car would be fixed. Mike Pagloaro and his boss Steve Pumphrey never took care of the few scratches if I could have gotten that ride to Thompson Belair I could have gotten 2016 30000 miles for the same price I wish I would have don't shop here! Too long of a wait for a scheduled oil change I always arrive at least 30 minutes early for any appointment. I arrived at 10:30 for my 11:00 AM appointment hoping that my appointment could start r I always arrive at least 30 minutes early for any appointment. I arrived at 10:30 for my 11:00 AM appointment hoping that my appointment could start right on time (as this happened twice before at this point). My car wasn’t even moved from where I originally parked it until 11:30, 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. I understand things happen, but if you’re not going to start my appointment on time, someone could at least offer the courtesy of coming out and letting me know that as I scheduled this appointment during my lunch break for work and was subsequently late for a meeting because of it.
