10:30 appt to install Bed Extender & address leak inside windshield at rain sensor area. Took 4 1/2 hours when initially Quentin said 2 hrs. My thoughts are that tech didn't get started for over 2 hrs, trk windshield at rain sensor area. Took 4 1/2 hours when initially Quentin said 2 hrs. My thoughts are that tech didn't get started for over 2 hrs, trk was wet from sitting out in rain, extender wasn't a complicated install based on my investigations on how to install. Leaking windshield wasn't even looked at. If I'd of had any idea this was going to be such a fiesko would have it installed somewhere else. More
