Ok place for recalls Asked them to reset my TPMS system which is done on a odb tool and was told it could not be done but you owe me $128 dollars for trying. summary I love Thompson, they are so nice and helpful from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. My rep was pushy and pissed I wouldn’t sign the paperwork before my Vehicle was done and ready to go so that he would get a bonus on this paycheck for that month. There aren’t enough word to describe how good space Joe sweitzer in the the shop is. He has the best interest of the customer always. If he tells you something then you can rest ez knowing it’s the truth and what you really need. Not like other dealership shops that are looking to get your bill as high as possiable. More
