If you want something done right trust your dealership! Long story short: Took my vehicle to a collision center, Auto Point, on belair rd.; it was close to home and they covered my ins. deductible… BIG Long story short: Took my vehicle to a collision center, Auto Point, on belair rd.; it was close to home and they covered my ins. deductible… BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! They held my vehicle for over a month and halfway fixed my vehicle and just handed it to me!! ( two different shades headlight casing, radiator & washer fluid reservoir wasn’t properly fixed, Wrong type of coolant ... and oh yeah, the ac unit wasn’t properly fixed either. The manager of Auto point had every excuse as to why things weren’t fixed! thanks Jim for pulling me out of that nightmare of a situation! He and my Auto insurance claim adjusters , Matthew & Amanda, worked together and put my vehicle back together and on the road and it’s riding better than ever! More
