Thompson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore responded

Dear J.Poole22, I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. You notified us of the broken/taped hose on Monday evening. During our phone call, you mentioned you were changing your spark plugs and noticed the taped hose and your check engine light recently came on. We requested and you agreed to come in first thing Tuesday morning so we could look over the vehicle. When you arrived Tuesday morning, you further mentioned your Dad tried to repair the hose since the vehicle was running poorly. Unfortunately, we were unable to determine the cause of the broken hose or how it got taped. In order to resolve the situation, we replaced the hose, at no cost, while you waited.
