Very poor rude customer service skills including manager First time and my last time at this dealership. I will never refer any one to this place. The manager, Andy, become mad when I questioned my repairs, First time and my last time at this dealership. I will never refer any one to this place. The manager, Andy, become mad when I questioned my repairs, told me they don’t bring your car to the door as a courtesy. I was handed my keys by the gentleman who took my payment and papers to sign. When I asked where’s my car, as it was pouring down rain and I’m with a cane after have a knee replacement one month ago, he points outside and tells me to look up and down the parking lot! I didn’t find it came back inside and asked him to kindly find my car for me. They also got mad because I told them I will purchase my tire elsewhere cheaper. The young lady at the desk comes out and begins getting in my conversation as I’m speaking to Bruce the Geico estimator. I have already reported Thompson to the BBB. Thank you. More
