Jim in the service department he know his job he proved Jim in the service department he know his job he proved to the warranty company that my 2014 Jeep had material defects my Jeep being 6 years old need Jim in the service department he know his job he proved to the warranty company that my 2014 Jeep had material defects my Jeep being 6 years old needed major repairs the engine whatever cost my Jeep to malfunction was no fault of my own Way Beyond wear and tear I was looking to payout major money for Full Repair but the service Jim did his awesome duty to prove to warranty contractors and I think God as well it cost me now just a little out of pocket the major repair was taken care of pretty much at 100% thanks Jim I appreciate your service. respectfully Carolyn Wilson More
