Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond for me. I drive a ram 3500 for hotshot trucking. I had some issues and I needed to get back on the road to get to my kids. I brought my 2016 Dodge Durango which I've only had for a month because it would not start. I was told that the fuel pump needed to be replaced but it was covered under warranty. I picked my truck up a few d month because it would not start. I was told that the fuel pump needed to be replaced but it was covered under warranty. I picked my truck up a few days later and I thought that it was fixed properly. I work in DC so while at work almost two weeks later my truck was doing the same thing, not starting. Since I was at work in DC I had to get it towed to a dealership near there. They told me the next day that the wiring for the fuel pumped wasn't replaced and that's what caused the truck to stop starting so it needed to be replaced but that wasn't covered under warranty and since it wasn't done when the fuel pump wasn't replaced I hal to pay almost $500 to get my truck fixed for the same thing it was just at your dealership for. This was extremely frustrating and a major inconvenience!!! More
