Hey guys, I just brought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler 2 door sport 4x4 from Thompson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Baltimore. My sales Representative was Kathy McKinney. Upon arrival she emailed me, She set up the sport 4x4 from Thompson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Baltimore. My sales Representative was Kathy McKinney. Upon arrival she emailed me, She set up the appointment, and I made it to the dealership. She was so calm, so pleasant, so excited for me to get a new Jeep. She had everything in order and she made sure I received all the discounts and perks that came with the Jeep. Mrs Kathy took her time and reviewed all the necessary paperwork correctly. She was not trying to sell me a Jeep to make a commission, she was trying to make me happy. either buying a new Jeep or not it was about how I felt and that made me so happy. We laughed at times together, we talked about the COVID 19 issues and she made sure that I was ok and wearing my mask. Went in for an Oil change and to have tire plugged. Pick up vehicle and brought home and parked it.2 days later I went to drive my car ,1st time since service visit, and as I am going down the road my tire up vehicle and brought home and parked it.2 days later I went to drive my car ,1st time since service visit, and as I am going down the road my tire is losing air.when I pulled over to check I noticed the plug was pulling out of the tire.
