I went for oil change. Bad experience. It took hours, there was no one at the department desk for me to check in. When I did see employees they could not help bc it wasnt "their" department. One of the two guys from the Department finally came back in but walked pass without acknowledging the customers who were clearly waiting for him. It would be nice to have someone who stays at the desk or a note that tells me where to go or what to do in the event that no one is available to assist me. More
