If you take responsibility then we will find resolution. The service staff knew that another SRT had it's wheels and tires stolen very recently and that also that a technician had his tools stolen. Rather then letting me know this upfront or asking me to come take my car home for the weekend for safe keeping OR keeping it inside the garage given the circumstances they let it sit outside. I honestly think this was an inside job and I was setup for parts theft. They made sure to run away with my wheel lock so that they could come back later and steal my wheels and tires. I stayed there for 4 hours for the police to come and your staff to then secure my car inside the garage. Not even a drop of sympathy or respect from the dealership management. Given the recent history of theft it's negligence to have not disclosed to me upfront.
