My car was stripped for parts and somehow that is my fault First of all, no problems at all with Jeff Tenebaum. I confronted the service director and he said that it's my fault and should be reported to my insurance company for repair. The service department was aware of other theft(s) from other SRT Grand Cherokees recently and did not disclose that information to me. They let my car sit totally in the open. No remote monitoring or on-site security services are at play. After the incident, someone was able to drive my car into the shop, where it should have been after the close of business on Sunday and every evening after thefts we're reported. I was not provided an opportunity to take my care home for safekeeping over the weekend. This is outrageous. More
