After a very frustrating experience at a different dealership in the Bel Air area, i went to Thompson on North Point Blvd. I was only planning to look at their stock and see if anything interested me dealership in the Bel Air area, i went to Thompson on North Point Blvd. I was only planning to look at their stock and see if anything interested me. As I drove up I was very warmly welcomed by Rich and really appreciated his no pressure, no BS attitude and personality. I found a vehicle on the lot that i liked and came back later that night and drove home with it. Thank you Rich, I love my Jeep, and so does my son!!!! We will be back for sure when we upgrade my wife's truck. More

Visited today with a fleet vehicle. From the moment I walked in the door, it was obvious that customer service is not their specialty. The way the workers talked to me was very rude. Three men were sitting together and I guess because it was customer service is not their specialty. The way the workers talked to me was very rude. Three men were sitting together and I guess because it was close to the end of the work day, they didn't want to be bothered with more work. The next day when I picked my vehicle up the first gentleman I spoke too was very polite, then when I went to the cashier she could have cared less. No one explained what work was done to my car and just told me here are the keys. More

First I like to thank Thompson for helping me out after a friend taking advantage of me. Went to Chris looking for a new Ram 1500, after talking about my options and what I needed, Derek and I took a test d friend taking advantage of me. Went to Chris looking for a new Ram 1500, after talking about my options and what I needed, Derek and I took a test drive. Ram was everything I wanted but getting my monthly payment was little harder then I thought. Chris did a great job on getting me low as possible and also lowering my rate. the service department is wonderful. The advisor and friendliness of the service cashiers are great. the ladies are respectful and great with customers n the kids. the ladies had crayons n coloring page friendliness of the service cashiers are great. the ladies are respectful and great with customers n the kids. the ladies had crayons n coloring pages for my son to color. Only down fall i had with my experience was the janitor and cursing while my son was waiting with me. Mr.Dick was wonderful. I will bring myself and others back to your service area. More

We were pr My Wife and I have been shopping around the area including Bob Bell Nissan/ Bob Bell Chevy/ Thompson Hyundai/ Antwerpen/ and Heritage. We were pre-approved through our bank so we knew our MAX PRICE we could spend and we had a good idea what type of car we wanted. After checking prices and option we ended up at Thompson Chrysler/Jeep looking at the Jeep Compass when the Chrysler 200 caught my wife's eye. We told David D. what our max price was and what features we were looking for and he found it. Most dealers were trying to make me finance through thier finance companies reguardless of our loyalty to our bank, or try to push us to purchase a used car, or they would send us on test drives in cars that were above our max price, making us fall in love with a car that we could not afford hoping to get more money out of us. But David D. did NOT. He listened to our needs, wants, and limitations... and he made it happen!! No deal is complete without the Sales Manager getting involved and this is when we talked to Brent W.. We expected Brent to be the typical loud fast talking Sales Manager to give us the typical "I wanna close the deal but we are going to need more from you, we are already too far below our invoice!" BUT HE DIDN'T! He was very pleasant to talk to and did more listening then talking and said "We will find a way to make this happen." After spending 2 weeks looking for a car and being jerked around by sales managers and throwing numbers around, we finally found a happy decision with the help of David D. & Brent W. and Thompson Jeep/ Chrysler on North Point Road in Baltimore. More
