From my very first visit to my last car purchse two weeks ago you are "welcomed" and made to feel like your part of the their family...and that's priceless in this stay in age! They are about selling you a product or service but ultimately they are looking to build and foster a long term realtionship with you for years to come. Very rarely in life are you made to feel like "you matter" and that they have your personal interest at heart. If they sell you a vehicle great and if they don't they and your still deciding there is absolutely no pressure to commit. When your ready to make the purchse they will be there to sell you the vehicle and make sure its not only what you want for your reasons but finacially you can enjoy it as well! I could go on and on highlighting every single enounter I have had with the employees of this dealership from the cleaning personel taking care of the dealership floor and complimnetary coffee, to the qualified and knowledgeable technicians servicing your car, to the service advisor writers taking care of you from the word go, to the service manager Ron Jacobs I have come to know more than someone who oversees a department but a friend! My son was looking at Jeep's as he now has two small boys and needed to get away from his nice sports car. After he showed me a used Jeep at another dealer, I looked online and saw that your dealership boys and needed to get away from his nice sports car. All I had to do was send an email on the website and within minutes, Jackie calle me to set up a test drive appointment. Upon arrival, my daugther in-law reconginzed the sales guy Matt Lepke from high school days! Once we looked the the jeep that we wanted to test drive, we decied to test drive anothe rmodel that Matt had shown us. As it had extra features that my son had wanted but didnt think he could afford. Prompt customer service and great communciation. First time I ever went in and drove out a new car without being at the dealership the entire day! I was able to assist my son get the Jeep that he wanted. They made it so easy that I wish that I had went there last yeart when I needed a new vechile! Thanks so much ! More

Matt Lepke was our sales represenative.He is a very likeable guy.We bonded right from the start.He worked very hard to get the deal we needed, (AND WE GOT)! We traded in 2 used vehicles to get the car of our dreams.Matt Lepke gave us what we wanted for ((( EACH ))) vehicle. I bought my 12’ Charger 4 months ago. About 2 weeks ago my airbag light came on, and would frequently ding and turn on and off (very annoying). I stopped by the dear after work and made an appointment for my airbag light came on, and would frequently ding and turn on and off (very annoying). The service rep told me it was possibly a bad sensor that all 12’ Chargers were having problems with under the seat and that it might take 3 hrs to fix. The day of my appointment my husband came to the dealer at 9am. They knew that he was going to be waiting for the car to be fixed. He proceeded to walk up to Burger King to waste some time. He came back 3 hrs later to check up on everything. He noticed the car hadn’t been touched. The service rep proceeded to tell my husband that they needed 3 additional hours and that the tech had not taken the car back yet. My husband couldn’t wait b/c he needed to pick up our child from school. I called the shop afterwards to speak with the service manager. I was given his voice mail. I left a message and 2 days later received a call back, NOT from the service manager though. I was disappointed to say the least. I thought the managers are supposed to resolve issues or disputes with customers. The person that called me back spoke to me in an annoyed/monotone voice, it made me feel like I was wasting his time and he had better things to do. I asked if he was the service manager, and he said no the service manager is in a meeting and I am checking his messages. I asked the reason why the car wasn’t touched for 3 hrs. His response was “we were down 2 techs that day”. I asked what was the point in even making an appointment if almost half a work day went by before the car was even looked at. He said “just because you make a service appointment, doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be seen at or around that time and it just guarantees that you’ll be saved a spot for some time that day”. I can understand 30mins even a 1hr delay, but 3 hrs? If that was the case, he should have given my husband the option to reschedule. The person didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. He did say in a very rude way “next time, we’ll give you a rental”. I still need to reschedule that appointment to have it fixed. I told him I would call back later. There was a lack of communication and courteousness. I hope that is NOT what I experience for the remainder of my vehicle’s warranty time! I might have to drive to another Thompson Dodge dealer (out of my way) just to avoid it. More
Sally was great. She found a way to get me into my dream car. She worked to get me a deal that was advantageous for both the dealership and for me. It took them half the time and they were honest about the cost of the parts. The car is fixed at a $900 below what the other dealership wanted. Honesty and quality are all that I look for in a dealership. Not costumer service, not friendliness. I care about whether or not I am getting ripped off when I take my car to get fixed by experts. Clearly I know nothing about cars, or I wouldn't need a dealership. More
