Hi Jackie, I appreciate your response, but it's honestly a little late for just words. It's really a shame that it took a negative internet review for someone to apologize to me. Erwin was actually the only one at the dealership willing to try to help rectify the situation before he left (he was ultimately unable to), so I count it as a loss that he is no longer there. I understand that you weren't working there at the time, but my experience at your dealership was a nightmare and all it would have taken was a little customer service and changing the interest rate back to what everyone had discussed. Even if the interest rate couldn't have been edited, a better attitude would have been nice. To add insult to injury, Matt and the GM were jerks! Unfortunately for Thompson, they may have pulled a fast one on me, but I wonder how many potential car buyers they have lost because of this? As a young professional new to the Baltimore/DC area, I find myself sharing my story quite often with prospective car buyers who ask about my experience. The power of a customer review is huge, whether positive or negative. At this point, I assume there's nothing you can do/offer me. But if there was, I would be willing to hear you out. It's never too late to try to win back a customer, right? Anyway, again, I do appreciate you reaching out. And I am enjoying my Liberty! M
