The service shop has , IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE BACK IN A MORE THAN REASONABLE TIME TABLE. This establishment has absolutely ZERO customer service. The service shop has kept my car HOSTAGE for far over a month now. They have still yet to even look at the car and have proceeded LYING to me about checking under the hood. I left THREE MESSAGES WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER but he has not called back over the last THREE WEEKS. I have never been so INSULTED by a company before as to where their employees talk to paying customers like naive children. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE WORK, IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE BACK IN A MORE THAN REASONABLE TIME TABLE. I brought my car in to this shop because I had a mechanic tell me that the issue with my car was an electrical issue that could only be fixed by a dealership service shop. I am so enraged by service, or absence of service, that I will be telling EVERYONE not to use this service shop. I would have rather paid a tow truck to tow my car OUT-OF-STATE than to have conducted ANY business with this INEPT GARAGE FULL OF APATHETIC EMPLOYEES.
