Service Department at its worse So I purchased my vehicle from a great salesperson, however, my tire blew on the highway so I find out it is not covered on my warranty. No problem I So I purchased my vehicle from a great salesperson, however, my tire blew on the highway so I find out it is not covered on my warranty. No problem I go purchase a new tire and now my tire pressure light would not go off my washer fluid light keeps coming on and amongst other minor things. That's not the problem I have with service. I'm now upset because it's 3:40pm and I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 am this morning. No call so I call them. To my expectations my vehicle was never even taken back to service so therefore, I was just told it could be 2 days. That's not acceptable at all. First off give the customer a courtesy call to update them if that is something the customer is willing to do. Customers have jobs, children, etc....also you don't offer loaner cars and this vehicle is the only I have to accommodate my family. If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn't want to believe this department is incompetent but I had to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. More

Extended warranty not worth it Purchased a used car with extended warranty. Airbag light has been on and got it checked out. Was told the wiring was tampered with and warranty won't Purchased a used car with extended warranty. Airbag light has been on and got it checked out. Was told the wiring was tampered with and warranty won't cover it. I altered NOTHING! Over $1000 to fix. They sold the vehicle to me with modifications unbeknownst to me. I then had to pay $118 for them to tell me it wasn't covered. Never will I return there. Bought 2 cars there and will NOT be back. More

I was happy until it started to having problems .I took it in to get it looked at they fixed it but a week later the same problem came back so I keep taking it back for like a few times so this past april I got tired of the problem so without thinking I traded it in for a new 2016 one a day later I was wishing I didn't make the trade cause the monthly payments are more then I can handle .I went from 400.00 a month to 700.00 I had talked to the manager he said he will get another used van for me but everytime I go there he's never there or he never answer his phone and don't call back so now I'm mad cause I'm worried I might lose my van if that happens I will lost my job can someone help me More
