Once the order was places, Kathy would either call me or text me updates on where my Jeep was in the process and it arrived within the time I was told it would. When I picked up my Jeep, Kathy was just as excited as I was. It's been about 9 months now and Kathy still checks in with me to see how I am doing with my Jeep and of course, I LOVE IT!
