Phenomenal I just want to point out the amazing customer service by the staff of this particular dealership. My wife and I were looking for a new car for a while I just want to point out the amazing customer service by the staff of this particular dealership. My wife and I were looking for a new car for a while a decided to take a look at a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Rich Steelman, made sure that we were taken good care of. Before going on the test drive he made sure that they brought our car in to be appraised while we were on the test drive. The first thing I noticed about the vehicle was the rotors were rusted and grooved, which did concern me, but Rich noticed them to and noted it. While on the test drive the vehicle drove like it was brand new except the brakes were pulsating. Rich went above and beyond my expectations took the vehicle straight to the service department to make sure that the brakes were handled. I have never seen customer service handled this well. He brought the appraisal price of our vehicle and decided to give us more value on our car just because I was military. Not just that he made sure that we could reach a deal on the price. We walked out of that dealership paying the perfect price for the perfect car for our family and I am extremely pleased with out purchase and know that I will be returning to this dealership next time my wife and I need a new car.
