Jim went above and beyond to provide exceptional service at a reasonable cost. Even after the repair, he maintained great customer service. Another dealership had tried and failed to properly replace a faul at a reasonable cost. Even after the repair, he maintained great customer service. Another dealership had tried and failed to properly replace a faulty part, but charged me full cost and did not fix the problem. I then brought the car to Jim, and he had this done correctly at 1/3 of the cost of the first dealership. He even went through the trash to find the old faulty part and mail it to me so I could try and get a refund from the other dealership. I have never received such professionalism, quality service, and reasonable cost from a mechanic as I did here. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, whether purchasing or servicing a car.
