February 13 2013 Not sure where to start on my review... Have been servicing my car at Thompson for the last 2 years.. Took my vehicle in for a tune up and fuel inject Not sure where to start on my review... Have been servicing my car at Thompson for the last 2 years.. Took my vehicle in for a tune up and fuel injectors for service.. I received a call from my service advisor to recommend additional services to my Jeep.. After going over the pricing for the additional work I was quoted I approved the additional services... When I arrived to pick up my car the invoice was not the amount quoted to me earlier...It was inflated almost 50%...I explained to the cashier in speaking to the service underwriter I was quoted this amount and not the invoiced amount billed and did not approve the amounts billed.. The service manager Mike told me the underwriter was new and had made a mistake in quoting me the amounts for the work. I had 2 coupons one for parts 20% and one for labor 10%.. it was explained to me only 1 coupon could be honored and I owed the additional amounts once again their error at my expense.. My bill was almost $1100 after the discount amount extended I walked out having to pay $934. Over $220 additional funds because of their mistakes. Not a very good way to treat a loyal customer. Highly doubtful I return after this fleecing. I work in the business world and if we make a mistake then it’s on us. We Dont Make Our Customers pay for it. More

Has never been a good one I have taken my vehicle to check some.issues in Aug 2018..the advisor Jeff didn't put the notes. What I asked to be check and claim that my cat need I have taken my vehicle to check some.issues in Aug 2018..the advisor Jeff didn't put the notes. What I asked to be check and claim that my cat need it brakes...issues was still in the car..come back in feb..with same issues...now my extended warranty was done..no repairs was done because the bill to fix is high... all that could have been done and repair if the advisor actually had done as ask. Just because they want me to keep coming back...I dont recommend the dealership to be trusted in repairs at.all.! More
Technicians do great work. Key to maintenance is PREVENTIVE , which means that the more you know about your vehicle the less it should cost for repairs. I just came in for an oil change and left paying close to $700 for brakes and rotors. I have never missed a maintenance cycle SO in this case the last time I was in technicians should have warned that my brake pads were low. No such warning occurred. I have been coming here since 2014 and the work is reliable and efficient. The PREVENTIVE aspect of this maintenance is sorely lacking. This stops at the top. The person we interact with is the maintenance supervisor. He should ensure that technicians make PREVENTIVE information available to the vehicle owner. Next oil change I get tires rotated-----hoping it is only an oil change and tire rotation. More
