Questionable Knowledge Initially when coming in for my scheduled oil change there was a customer very upset because of poor service. I should have taken heed and turned around at this point. But, since my oil change was free(from buying a new car from here) i figured it's an oil change, what could go wrong? We waited over 1.5 hours for the oil change. While driving away I noticed smoking horribly under the hood and brought it back. Jim finished what he was doing then took my van back to service area. After 45 min he said there was a "faulty" seal on the filter. Aka they broke my filters seal during the oil change and oil was leaking and burning. 30 min later they were done and Cheyenne apologized for this and went to replace it. 20 min later Jim came back and said it was done. Upon getting in to my van I noticed the seat was never reset, radio on a different station and a faint smell of cigarettes in the air. I am highly dissatisfied and will not recommend to anyone! More

Poor service and dishonest They tried to charge me $135 for an oil change, $75 of that was labor. When questioned about it the service representative said "that's what they cost". I had them pull up my service history and the last oil change was around $80. He said that he would "give it to me this time but next time it'll cost $135". I checked the oil the next day and it appeared to be dirty. I immediately went back to the dealership, they said that's how it's supposed to look. I asked for the video of the oil change and all they have is my vehicle up on a lift, nothing more. The service manager said well we have a sticker, and your invoice as proof. Yeah right man, you guys have put the wrong oil in it before(I have that invoice)and were going to let me pay $135 for an oil change this time. You guys are the model of competence and honesty. Every time I go there you guys want to sell me a car though. My wife and I test drove a jeep at Thompson and you wouldn't let me take it out on my own or even put it in reverse. That's why I bought my RAM at another dealership. When my wife wanted to test drive a Challenger you guys told her you were too busy. We ended up going to Pennsylvania for her Challenger and were treated much better. My next vehicle purchase wont be with you guys! More
