5/7/19 Travalena - Can’t remember my service mans name. I now live out-of-state and I needed to come back and visit my daughter. Needless to say I had some car issues. Stopped at Thompson and told my custo I now live out-of-state and I needed to come back and visit my daughter. Needless to say I had some car issues. Stopped at Thompson and told my customer service rep. what the problem was. Told me he would try to work my vehicle in on Monday - Tuesday. All I can say is THANK Y0U VERY MUCH!! I use FIXD to Mthly check my car. It told me what was wrong and I showed service. They still charged me for diagnostic testing. This was my only complaint. I am still thankful for great assistance.
