We had a certified preowned Cadillac ESV. Warranty was supposed to be bumper to bumper warranty until 2014. At first service and work was great and all covered. Once repairs were done to same issue twic supposed to be bumper to bumper warranty until 2014. At first service and work was great and all covered. Once repairs were done to same issue twice, we were told they weren't covered. Thompson Cadillac services the car for a DVD issue and fried the electrical system for the entire car. They refused to accept responsibility or any type of resolve. End result, I sold my vehicle and will never purchase a vehicle that will ever go to Thompson again. The customer service ladies who check in the vehicles were great and knew Thomlson Cadillac was wrong, but their hand were tied and could not help us. For those of you who don't believe reviews, please believe this one. They ruined my car and I really liked it. I had to sell it, because the entire electrical system in the car failed. They told me they checked the Amps being pulled from the car and "did nothing". I went to two other shops to help me and they confirmed that whatever the Cadillac service people did fried the electrical system. I took a hit on the sale of the car, but had to sell it. Nothing worked, not even the locks. Again, don't use Thompson Cadillac. They will be great at first and then be awful. More

In addition to excellent sales at Thompson, the service dept is also outstanding. I highly recommend Thompson to my friends and coworkers. Also, 100,000 trouble free miles with my last DTS and look forward to enjoying my new cadillac. Thompson Cadillac is excellent dealership with great deals. More
