My Salesman Dylan was excellent. However Michelle Folk was very rude when processing the loan. I gave her pretty simple instructions on how I needed things handled and because it was not her normal proces was very rude when processing the loan. I gave her pretty simple instructions on how I needed things handled and because it was not her normal process, but very doable as you can see I did purchase the vehicle, she was giving me resistance and holding up the process with the my bank. Everything a car buying experience should be, zero pressure. Jasion Gehauf is wonderful to work with and is easy going like myself.
