Great service. Only thing I didn't love was the lack of flexibility with payment types. Overall Wayne Kifer was incredibly helpful and informative with the sale. The only reason I would knock a star off his rating is he assumed I didn't know as much about cars as I do instead of asking. I don't really take offence at it, but I think it would be beneficial for him to ask where people are coming from with cars before telling them basic things about cars. He'll look a heck of a lot more saavy to customers and build a better relationship there, too. Caveat is that it would take time, so I do understand not wanting to spend too much time getting to understand the customer when an explanation is easy. More
