Only negative issue I had was that it took a while to get through the paperwork. Not a bad thing really, since it was caused by the dealership being so busy! Great to see in this economy. This is the second Subaru we have bought from Thomas Subaru. Both times we worked with Amanda Roth who is friendly, extremely competent, and very knowledgable about various models and she worked to fin Subaru. This is the first time we have worked with Brett Files. He made filling out all that paperwork a relaxing and pleasant experience. He and Amanda both answered any questions we had completely and we drove away feeling that we had been in good hands. We have had our first car serviced and will have our second by the dealership's Service Deaprtment and the work has always been excellent. I'm not sure who all has done the work but they are good. There is something special about a dealership that remembers who you are when you pull onto the lot. Three years ago I traded in my 2004 Forester for a 2008 Legacy. We met Amanda Roth as she was coming out of the door. She remembered exactly who we were as we had purchased our Legacy from her. She remembered how much I had loved my Forester and that I had named her "Ruby". Ms. Roth was very attentive and helpful. Brett Files made our financing go quickly and without too much pain. He was very pleasant while processing our papers. Of course, I can't say the price was great, although it probably was for the fantastic car I bought. Everyone wants to pay less, no matter what. However, both Ms. Roth and Mr. Files made me feel like it was great. I thank them both so much. I have purchased my last four cars from Thomas Subaru. A 1997 Imprezza from the Bedford dealership, a 2004 Forester, a 2008 Legacy and now a 2011 Forester, the last three from the Cumberland dealership. I have been very satisfied with the vehicles and the service on these vechicles. I will definitely continue to purchase from Thomas and recommend it to everyone I know. Sharon Crawford More

I have purchased many vehicles from the dealership for my work and that is the reason I wanted went above and beyond to accomodate my buying needs. My wife and I have been thinking of and looking at new vehicles for a while do to rising fuel cost and the age of our vehicle. My family has dealt with the Thomas dealerships as long as I can remember. We traded in a Ford 150 on a Hyundai Sonata. I was actually looking at the Elantra. There was only one left and I asked if they would hold it until my wife could see it do to her working hours and the dealerships hours. They said they would and did. She decided on the Sonata do to some features and overall appearance of the vehicle. The truck we traded was equipped with handicapped equipment, the seat and hand controls. The salesman, Roman Spriggs accually stopped at my residence and picked up the original seat with his personal vehicle and returned the handicapped equipment at no cost to me. This was above anything I have ever experienced in previous car buying. He made car buying a joy and made things easy for us with our purchase. As for Brett Files I thought I found the best rate I would get going to my own financial institution, but he found a better rate for us. Hats off to these two men and the Thomas dealership. Would highly reccommend to people looking for a vehicle. More
