He didn't push us to look more or try to get us to buy something more expensive. He understood that we knew what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. He was quick and efficient. He even made sure that we had an extra lesson on seat warmers, as we are old and would have gone for months without being aware of the item! We went in this last week to buy a used Hyundai Tucson that we saw on the website, but didn't deal with Johnathan, but the internet sales person. We didn't realize that we could have indeed dealt with J, but we thought we needed to deal with the other person, since it was an online find. Anyway, we would have rather dealt with Johnathan, but it was just a mistake on our part. We would always like to deal with such a professional and accomodating young man when we buy at Thomas. Speaking to other members of the team, it was obvious that Johnathan was good to work with as a team player as well as a customer.
