Bought my first Subaru I accompanied a friend to this dealership last spring. I was impressed with the salesperson and the car she bought, a Subaru Outback. I returned this December and bought a Subaru Outback for myself from the same salesperson, Dylan Pellegrim. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and at 70 years old, I've bought a lot of cars. I already had a car in mind from reviewing available cars on line. A short test drive confirmed my pick. Should I buy another car in the future, it will be a Subaru from this dealership. Dylan is personable, easy to work with and highly knowledgeable about the cars he sells. The work up of the paperwork by the Business Manager, Tonya Keister, was fast, complete and done very professionally. I drove 120 miles to buy from this particular dealership, passing up many others much closer to my home. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. More

Mr. Mace on the phone however, said, there was a federal form I can use but when I asked about it. but, finance office said, does not know anything about it, but just referred me to my accountant. Initial price quoted to bme was 28,800.00 plus by Mr. Yoder/Mike but when I actually considered buying it, finance office said , 34,000.00 plus - deceptive to say the least. Called service manager a few days after I had gotten the car to ask about charging the car, but he never returned my call. Very disappointed. Thanks More
