This was my first car purchase done completely on my own. She was very patience, informative and honest with me. I appreciated that so much. She was able to get me financed and into the car I was hoping to buy. As the paperwork was being completed, the manager came and talked with me. He made me feel more like a friend than a customer. Ms. Roth called the day after I bought the car to make sure everything was going okay. I feel comfortable with saying if I would have any issues, Ms. Roth and Thomas would help me in anyway they could. I will recommend Thomas to anyone and I will go there again for a car. Thank you!!! Jaison went above and beyond what we have come to expect from most car sales personnel and in the past 51 years we have gone through many cars. When we arrived at the car lot last Thursay we had forotten that Jaison is off on Thursdays and Mike took care of us in a most professional manner. Brett took care of all the necessary paperwork to give us a temporary tag that will enable us to drive the car to Florda next week where we will obtain a title and permanent tags for the car. We decided to wait until the next day to pick the car up so that I could be sure that our insurance coverage was taken care of and to give your employees extra time to get the car ready for us. Jaison was waiting for us when we arrived Friday and we worked out the final little bugs that needed attention before we left the dealership. More

He was able to answer all our questions about each vehicle We thanked Johnathan and told him we wanted to go visit others dealerships. Johnathan was as warm and friendly when we told him that as he was when we first arrived on the lot. We went elsewhere and we were not impressed with the other dealerships. We returned to Thomas Subaru -- to Johnathon. We decided on the new vehicle we wanted and Seth got us a surprisingly low interest rate from Subaru that even beat our own credit unions. Johnathan explained every feature of our new car and called us the next day to see if we were satisfied. Coincidentally, the day after we purchased our vehicle, my husband was at Schwab Cancer Center and a man came through offering beautiful new blankets to the cancer patients, compliments of Thomas Subaru. Beautiful! We will recommend and return to Thomas Subaru Cumberland, in Motor Center. The workers who got our car ready for us had it looking beautiful when we drove it off the lot. More

It was a pleasure working with Roman, Brett, and Jaison and all made the experience a breeze and each were so knowledgeable and had patience with all my questions. Jaison Gehauf was my direct salesman and I can't say enough about how wonderful he was! I purchased a 2017 Legacy and he knew everything about it!! He was so detailed in explaining everything about the car buying process and every intricate detail of the car! He was so friendly and really put me at ease. Brett, in finance, walked me through the process of my payments and warranty and was so great at explaining everything I needed to know! He too was very friendly and welcoming! The sales manager Roman was the one who helped bring it all together and assured me that I was in good hands working with Jaison and Brett, and I certainly felt that way! I feel confident that I could call each of the gentlemen that I worked with and they would be able to answer any questions that I would have about my car e.g. how something works, servicing the vehicle, financing, or any general question!! I came prepared to buy it if the dealership was fair and willing to give me what I wanted on my trade. Jonathan Meadors was my salesman and you couldn't get a nicer guy! We test drove the car, and Jon was very well versed on the new gadgetry that fills the interior of the Outback Touring. He was extremely helpful in explaining what everything is, how to use it, and what it does for the car! Afterwards we reached an amiable deal, and it was the most pleasant experience. He was very pleasant and easy to get to know and deal with. I don't usually recommend car salesmen, but Jon hit all the high notes, and the dealership he works for is #1! I have to put a shout out also to Seth Loar for his patience and his knowledge of purchasing process, especially as it applies to buying out of state. (sorry I kept you two there for so long!).
