We had researched this vehicle on Thomas Subaru's website, which was easy to navigate and very informative. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted warmly by the manager, Roman Spriggs, and introduced to our sales associated Jaison Gehauf. Jason was very welcoming and accommodating, and walked us through the entire process. My credit union had never dealt with Thomas Subaru and they actually required numerous documents -- including a copy of their business license and dealer's license; yet Jaison was all too happy to meet these requirements. Once financing was secured we were allowed to take our vehicle home and we received several follow-up emails from Jaison to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and the service provided by the dealership. Not only are we happy with our Elantra but we are thrilled with the commitment and concern we received from Jaison and the other staff at Thomas Subaru. He reviewed the details of the car manual with me and offered personalized assistance and an answer for every question I had. When he discovered that I had forgotten to transfer a few items from my original car to my new vehicle, he retrieved them for me and sent them to me by mail.
