I liked the fact that I was not supposed to bargain for a better price. I felt I was given a fair price for the car and trade-in allowance. James was such a help to me. He listened to me patiently and really understood (and remembered) what I needed and wanted. He knew I was also considering a Toyota, but he never put on any pressure. The was courteous, and tried her best to put me at my ease, and to make me comfortable with my decision (and she succeeded). She knew details about the registration process and the steps necessary to produce a smooth transition from the old vehicle to the new one. What items that were not immediately available she promised to obtain, and appears to be doing so. She introduced me to the service manager at the dealership so that I would have a point of contact for if or when my vehicle needed service. All in all a very productive and pleasant experience. After finding out that they didn't have any used Foresters on the lot, Patrick took it upon himself to try and locate one that met our specifications on their Bedford lot. He was able to find out and got to work right away to get it to the Cumberland location. He even stayed past closing time to close the deal. Patrick was wonderful to work with, very professional and listened to what we wanted and ultimately found us the perfect car for our family.
