He was helpful, but did not pressure us in any decision. While shopping it became time for my husband to go to an doctor appointment and Dylan let us take the Crosstek with us to test drive and Brett Files from Financing went ahead and ran our credit and found us a great interest rate. Once we decided this was the car for us, the actual purchasing took no time. The Manager at Chris Carpenter always has a smile for us whenever we are in and takes care of any issues!
