Not only did they reserve it for me, they did not charge a dealer markup. They are an honest and fair family owned dealer. The finance manager offered options but was not pushy. Horrible experience. I always steer away from dealerships due to the amount of bad stories I hear about them. My car had a recall and I decided to go to Robins Ford since the closest one to home. I can say, due to the amount of bad stories I hear about them. My car had a recall and I decided to go to Robins Ford since the closest one to home. I can say, the initial service is good. They were courteous and helpful. I have a transit connect that had a sunroof recall, they replaced my sunroof glass with a new one but after I got my car I noticed my sunroof was open and I never ever touch that since it can get pretty hot inside the car and I work transporting people with skin conditions or sensitivity to light. I contacted them over and over. I tried talking to the General manager and they all said that the retracting cover was broken when I brought it in but I know for a fact that it was not since I never use it. Fast forward weeks later since they didn’t want to be responsible for this. They claimed they fixed my problem but all they did was rip the fabric and force it closed. Now the retracting cover is sagging and the button still doesn’t work. I will never ever come here again and will make sure I tell my experience with others so they can avoid this nightmare of a dealer. More
