I just purchased my third car in 3 years last week. My sales person, Jimmy Carter did an exceptional job. I told him what I was looking for, provided him with my budget and within a week he found a car fo sales person, Jimmy Carter did an exceptional job. I told him what I was looking for, provided him with my budget and within a week he found a car for me. There was no haggling or him trying to sell me something I didn’t want. I test drove the car, traded my old car in and purchased my new car all under 2.5 hours. The buying experience was awesome. I highly recommend Theodore Robbins Ford. More
Upset Dealership was great. 2020 Ford Ranger is ever greater. Living in California almost every driver has one on there car. I was upset wondering why he didn't ask me if I wanted 101A which consist of •Cruise Control •Perimeter Anti-Theft Alarm •Power Glass Sideview Mirrors •Remote Key Fob with Tailgate Lock Now I can't get a Ford approved •Perimeter Anti-Theft Alarm because I order the 100A option. Their recommendation was to buy an after market alarm system. Even though he asked me if I wanted the Bed Utility Package and the Trailer Tow Package which I did purchase I would have gladly purchased the 101A option if he would have brought it to my attention when I ordered my Ford Ranger More

We have always been a Ford family- my grandfather and uncle have worked for Ford for >60 years. We were given notification that we could trade out lease in early and just hand over the keys. When we arrived to our scheduled appointment (scheduled 3 days ahead of time) with a Z plan we still had an hour and 45 minute appointment and that was when we asked to speed up the process. The team was kind but not ready - they could have had us do much more online/electronically if they gave some effort. I then received the car and they forgot to turn off the theft protection system so when I made my first stop, I could not move the car out of park when I tried to move the car. The dealership told us to have the car towed back. The ford roadside assistance rep- first one- took 24 minutes to take my information, told me to calm down 3 times and could not explain to me clearly what to expect from roadside assist. I had no response with an update 15 minutes after the call so I called AAA. they would t tow the car because of concern about transmission issues. So I had to call back ford roadside assistance. They were helpful and my tow truck was there promptly- this whole process took about 3 hours to complete. Then on day 2 of having my car 5 alerts and the engine light came on. I am very happy with my experience at Theodore Robins Ford. I was in the market for a pre-owned Ford Fusion Energi, and I had contacted (and visited) dealerships all over Southern California to find one Ford. I was in the market for a pre-owned Ford Fusion Energi, and I had contacted (and visited) dealerships all over Southern California to find one with all the features I wanted. I finally found what I was looking for here. When I first emailed, Darren Ricci from the Internet Sales department got right back to me. He informed me that the vehicle had JUST arrived to the dealership and was not ready yet but that I would be more than welcome to come check it out, which I did later that day. He was in on his day off, but was still there to greet me when I arrived. He made me a cup of freshly brewed coffee after a long day and a long drive, which was much appreciated. Since he was with another customer at the time, he introduced me to Phil Chis, who took over from there. I quickly discovered that I was in great hands. Phil took fantastic care of me. I didn’t feel like I was at a car lot the whole time. I felt like I had a personal assistant taking care of all the necessary details, making the entire process as pain free as possible. He brought me out to the service area so I could see the car, answered my many questions and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the purchase. Phil went way above and beyond. Even though his shift was almost over, since I had an appointment to get to before we could complete the paperwork, he agreed to go home for a bit, then come back in when I returned almost 3 hours later (rush hour to/from LA). He offered me more coffee and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the finance guy, Pablo, to be free, and brought me back out to the service area to look at the car again, even though it was up on the lift. Pablo was patient while I crunched numbers and compared terms. I came in with a preapproval for the financing but he was able to get me a slightly better rate, which was nice. After the business aspect was complete, Phil continued to go above and beyond. My vehicle wasn’t quite ready yet, still requiring the inspection, a bit of servicing, new tires, and a complete detail, but Phil made sure it was top priority, got it done early, and stayed in contact with me the whole time. I had my new car in gorgeous shape, ready for the beginning of my work week thanks to his efforts. It was even his day off the day it was ready, but he was 100% on the job, giving me updates on ready time, and coming in again when he should have been enjoying his day off. By the time my Energi was back from the detail shop, sparkling clean, the car rental place next door was closed for the day. Phil was again the hero, following me to the airport to drop my rental off there. He helped me move my things from the trunk of the rental to my new car, and even had me stop at the gas station on the way back to the dealership for some fuel on the house. He also took the time (nearing closing time and on his day off!) to acquaint me with all the features of my new (to me) car and be sure I knew how to charge it and operate all of the unfamiliar features. I commend Phil for his outstanding customer service. He almost made me forget the headache of used car shopping I had experienced thus far! I would be more than happy to purchase my next vehicle from him, although hopefully not for several years, as I really love my new ride!! Thank you Phil, Darren and the rest of the T. Robins team!!
