I recently had the pleasure of visiting the New Babylon Service Center for some routine maintenance and a recall on my vehicle, and I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service I received from a Service Center for some routine maintenance and a recall on my vehicle, and I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service I received from an employee named Steven Ferchack. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Ferchak greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns about my cars recall and answered all my questions with patience and a wealth of knowledge. His expertise was evident, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Steven Ferchak went above and beyond by explaining the services that were to be completed in a clear and understandable way.
