Worst customer service ever! Do not take your vehicle here for service. They will treat you like your dirt and not care about you and your vehicle. I want to trust the work my technician recommends is indee I recently learned that the Service Representatives at this dealership receive commission. I want to trust the work my technician recommends is indeed necessary/needed and that the price is fair. This practice is a horrible idea. I recently brought my 2010 Honda CR-V with 137K miles to the dealership because of a noise it made when we started it as well as the A/C not operating. I received an estimate of $3,500 for the repairs. This is the 3rd Honda we have had that had A/C issues. It is hard to believe the Manufacturer hasn't figured this out yet. I asked the Service Manager to contact Honda of American on two separate occasions to see if they could provide any assistance. He would not. In the event Honda were to assist, they certainly would not have paid the same price I was quoted. Perhaps that is the reason he was unwilling to assist me with obtaining financial assistance from the Mfg. More
Recall work turns into Nightmare I brought my 2005 Odyssey with 200K miles on it for airbag recall work yesterday. I do most of the maintenance on this vehicle myself and the van was running good on drop-off. When I picked the vehicle up and started to drive away I heard a loud thumping sound coming from he back of the of the van. I immediately pulled back into the dealership and explained what I heard. They got the service manager who basically told me (I'm paraphrasing here) that it was my problem. So I said to the manager, "I dropped it off running great & picked it up a day later with these problems but your service center had nothing to do with it?" Basically said yes that is correct. Worst experience I have ever had in a dealership and would never go back. More

Repair on my 2011 Honda Accord I recently bought a used car from Ted T at this dealership. He was very helpful! After having the car a week or so I noticed something was going on. I brought the car in to be inspected and they did find an issue. Mark the Service Manager was great! The car was in and out in a few days and is running perfectly. You are greeted immediately, they keep you informed, and they get you out as soon as possible. Jessica Summers and Tony Beusch were amazing when I came in last Saturday. Outstanding Customer Service My mother had purchased a car from Oren Ferguson, August 2018, she had a very good experience but to top that, she was at the dealer one day for servi My mother had purchased a car from Oren Ferguson, August 2018, she had a very good experience but to top that, she was at the dealer one day for service for a different car that was purchased a couple of years ago, and I was not able to be there with her at that time. She has told me on the phone that while waiting in the service room area Oren went by, noticed her, and asked the reason she was there. My mom does not speak English very well and said that she felt very excited by his approach since I was not able to be there. He took the time to help my mother with that event, even if the situation was not bringing him any commision in that matter. Oren Ferguson offered my mother an outstanding customer service, which made her very happy and appreciative of his service. We will definitely be going to buy/recommend more from him in the future.
