This is the second Ford we have bought from The Frederick Motor Company. We worked with Walter Smith and Grant Schley. Walter being one of the main reasons we returned to buy another car. We bought a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited, received a great deal on the car with great service from Walter. Walter spent hours going over all the new features and new technology in the new Taurus. We also received a very good price on our trade in. Another sales associate Grant went out of his way to spend time on another car we were looking at and even took us on a test drive while Walter was busy with another Customer. Very great service from them both. Ron in finance was great too with help with the Ford financing and the tags for the car. We strongly recommend anyone looking for a great deal with great service go to The Frederick Motor Company and see Walter Smith or Grant. We plan to trade in my Fusion for a newer model soon and will return to The Frederick Motor Company to purchase it for sure. More

Thano is a very knowledgeable sales consultant; who doesn't use high pressure sales tactics. I knew the truck model I wanted, and Thano answered all of my questions, offered a test drive and didn't try to steer me towards a more expensive truck. I came to the dealership with my finances in place, and The Frederick Motor Company was able to offer me a better interest rate. Before buying, we were given a test ride of a couple of models and shown all the options and pricing available. Once deciding on the model and options, I ordered the car and it came in 2 weeks earlier tha models and shown all the options and pricing available. When picking up the Ford Focus, Grant spent over 2 hours just going over the controls and how to work the Ford Sync, Navigation, Phone Controls, Lighting, Wipers, Cruise Control, Door Locks, Gas Filler, and anything else you can think of. His advice of just sitting in the car and playing with the controls WITHOUT driving was a good one. I love the car and wouldn't hesitate to go back to Frederick Motor Company for my next vehicle. Traded in a Subaru Outback for a 2013 Fusion- process was smooth and quick. Not only was the color of the Fusion available, but so was the options for a price that beat local competitors.
