I had purchased a new 2002 Ford Escape from the Frederick Motor Company in 2002 & have been very pleased with the complete experience (from the sale - to the service). So, now I own 2 vehicles from the Frederick Motor Company & now I will be taking both Escapes for all their routine maintenance to either the main shop or the Quick Lane at the Frederick Motor Company. Ken Reed and all of the employees at Frederick have done a great job servicing the 5 ford vehicles in our family. From the Big ford dually we use to pull our racing trailers, to 2 work trucks to my stepson a great job servicing the 5 ford vehicles in our family.
