Chris KNUPP did a SUPERB JOB of making sure I had all the information needed to make a decision on two separate Leased 2014 Ford Transit Connect XLT. I had to delay an earlier search for a new vehicle at the dealership because of an intervening health issue of mine. Chris was interested enough to ask about me even when I had to curtail this initial search. We resumed my search for a new vehicle when I brought my wife in for a look at the XLT and after that it was a rather quick process of choosing a vehicle to finalizing our first leased vehicle. I believe the price was good but I settled for several extra accessories just to get a quicker delivery of an existing vehicle in the area inventory. Delivery information was VERY thorough, perhaps way to much info all at once for me on the extensive SYNC system. If Quality of Work refers to Service, I have not had to use any Service as yet and therefore cannot rate. Again, a VERY POSITIVE experience with the Dealership and the Sales Associate, Chris KNUPP. More
